Stay compassionate with Yourself - even in love.

My work

I support my clients on their journey to:

  • Stay emotionally grounded in relationships

  • recognize self-abandonment

  • regulate their nervous systems in love

  • transform limerence into a real connection

  • build self-trust from the inside out

My Approach

This approach is what I call: The real poetic paradox - learning how to be fully yourself - while fully showing up in love

  • somatic awareness

  • attachment repair

  • nervous system regulation

  • creative and poetic reflection

who I work with

  • LGBTQIA+ identifying adults

  • Queer women and late-bloomers

  • Self-aware people who still struggle in love

  • People healing from the experience of limerence (that’s gone “too far”)

  • People struggling with anxious/avoidant attachment dynamics

  • polyamorous or open relationships

  • neurodivergent & highly sensitive people

  • Therapists & healers

Many of my clients are thoughtful, insightful, and emotionally intelligent. and still…

love destabilizes them.

My Core offerings

The Real Poetic Paradox focuses on relational healing within LGBTQIA+ communities. Many queer people learned early that love could be unsafe, hidden, or uncertain. The nervous system adapts to those conditions. This work supports the process of unlearning survival patterns so love can feel safe, and you can stay.

Courses

My Signature course, The Art Of Staying: The Self-Trust Method for Love That Doesn’t Cost you Yourself, is a transformational course for people who want to love deeply without disappearing inside relationships.

This is not a theory-based course. It is a lived, somatic method.
